Downtown Art Walk

                                                                                                       

Enjoy a crisp fall evening and join friends in downtown Siler City for the Third Friday Art Walk on November 19th, 6:00 to 9:00pm.  The Art Walk is sponsored by the NC Arts Incubator.  Good music and refreshments will keep you warm while you view many works by local artists and craftsmen.   All Art Incubator galleries and shops will be open. 

CCCC's Sculpture/Pottery program student gallery will be open showing unique art work made from a variety of materials.  The gallery is at 138 N. Join now: Wood Firing at Carbonton Kiln

The wood firing workshop scheduled for October at the historic groundhog kiln at Carbonton has been rescheduled.  The new dates are:

Friday, November 12, 3 to 7pm, Clay Studio

Saturday, November 13, 8am to 3pm, Carbonton

Sunday, November 14, 9am to 5pm, Carbonton

Sunday, November 21, noon to 3pm, Carbonton

Cost of workshop is $91.25

Students must have previous knowledge of pottery making.  Bring shields, gloves, bisqueware.
